THE BIRTH
In the heart of the Graian Alps, in Balme , the Pian della Mussa company was founded.
The environmental purity of the Lanzo Valleys and the Pian della Mussa spring, located at around 1,500m above sea level, offers water of exceptional quality, destined to become a symbol of an area .
2005
THE REBIRTH
Life in the mountains is tough, and after decades of business, the company is at risk of bankruptcy.
Michele Brero understood its value, acquired it, and saved it, focusing on two pillars: respect for the territory and innovation.
Pian della Mussa is reborn, once again a symbol of Piedmontese quality and authenticity .
2017
THE CHALLENGE
Awareness of the unique potential of Pian della Mussa water gives rise to new dreams: water becomes the main ingredient for top-quality, entirely organic beers .
The Pian della Mussa Brewery begins its history: a challenge aimed at valorising the territory and mountain products.

Finally, the product becomes an experience: the Pian della Mussa Brewery opens its doors in Balme.
